Repair, seal & clean
Failed areas are patched, working cracks are hot-pour sealed, oil spots are primed, and the surface is swept and cleaned so the mat bonds to sound pavement.

Place the micro-seal mat
Polymer-modified emulsion, graded aggregate, mineral filler, water, and additives are mixed on-board and spread through a spreader box to uniform thickness.

Cure, restripe & reopen
The mat breaks and cures, edges and transitions are checked, then stalls, arrows, ADA markings, and fire lanes are restriped before the lot returns to traffic.
